May Prayer Update
You normally receive our Monthly LUV Prayer Update from my dear friend, and LUV Prayer Coordinator Lisa Folch. However, sadly and gloriously, Lisa’s 94-year-old mother went home to be with Jesus last Saturday after suffering a series of strokes the week before. Please keep Lisa and her family in prayer. Our hearts go out to the family as heaven welcomes this bold, powerful prayer warrior and courageous evangelist home! We grieve with them for the hole she leaves in their hearts and lives.
Lisa’s mum leaves big shoes to fill in the area of prayer! But I am thankful the Lord has passed her passion for prayer to Lisa, and to you as you faithfully support me, our leaders and the work the Lord has entrusted to us, in prayer!
There is SO much to praise and give thanks to God for this month. His Spirit continues to transform and heal women’s lives through the teaching of His word and His presence touching them deeply in heart and mind, across the world. Here are a couple of highlights to give praise and glory to God!
Cyprus – Olga and Nektaria from our Agape Europe group started a new 3.5-year LUV journey for international women in Cyprus. Praise God for the 7 women who joined the first workshop. Several are in ministry; one is a very young disciple; all needed this time of healing and refreshing. The Holy Spirit drew them with hearts hungry for more. There were many tears and open sharing. The Lord has begun a new work in Cyprus which will multiply with prayer!

It is glorious to mention the highlights of what God is doing. But please pray for our leaders who faithfully show up to lead LUV weekly groups, workshops or 1:1 discipleship across the world. It is not easy. This is not just leading a Bible study. We are helping women receive the word deeply to bring transformation and freedom. It requires love, patience, discernment, determination, commitment for the long haul, and faith that the Lord is working even when we don’t see it.

Pray the Lord will continue to train, prepare, equip and empower all our leaders across the US, and Internationally by His Spirit as they disciple women in the word of God. It is often a battle that has to be fought in prayer before the leader even enters the room.

Pray we will each be surrendered to the Lord and filled with His Spirit of wisdom, discernment and spiritual understanding to respond to the many different needs and levels of brokenness and humanity which come up in groups. Pray we will have compassion and power to minister in each situation according to His grace.

Pray for Aliona and Angi leading Workshop 4 in Albania this month. Pray the women will be hungry, and the Lord will bring fresh revelation and power in the women’s lives.

Pray for Diana and her team of leaders in Lithuania who are leading many LUV groups across Lithuania. Pray the Spirit will overflow borders into Ukraine and bring healing to the Ukrainian women they are serving.

Pray for Cheryl preparing to return to Liberia for Workshop 3 in early June, and for the new group she is starting by faith, in response to requests from other women who are witnessing and hearing about what God is doing in Group 1.

Pray for the new 3.5-year LUV journey starting in North Orlando in July, and the Lord to raise up leaders for other new workshops and weekly groups requested in Orlando.

Pray for the new group just started in Ohio led by Christy and Heather. The women are growing and loving the group but pray for unity and wisdom for Christy.

Pray the Lord will provide all our resources and financial needs which have increased this year as the ministry continues to expand and grow. He has been faithful thus far and we trust Him to continue to provide according to His riches in Jesus! Please pray He will open the heavens to meet the financial needs for training, transport, materials, meals, venues.
