We have MUCH to praise God for this month! He is opening great and effective doors to set women free and increase His kingdom around the world! I have received many wonderful reports from our Butterflies in different countries. I am excited to share some of these with you. We covet your prayers! Praises from “Avalon” Orlando, FL USA: “Avalon” is the area where I live, and the location of our LUV Training Center. I believe it is not a coincidence that Avalon means “place of restoration!”
Avalon has been the center from which we have reached women all over the world. In the last 6 months however, the Lord has opened doors to reach women in our own community, particularly through my home church, Avalon Church. One of our Avalon Church Butterflies sent me this precious report this week:
Dear Liz, I received this text from a lady in church who I shared the Butterfly with last week. It made me cry with joy and hope as she struggles to keep the truth of God in her life.”I want to grow to be a butterfly. Tonight’s bible study made me want to grow in Christ Jesus. I want to be like Him. I don’t want to remain a caterpillar. I want to be used by God. I also want to help others like you do, so they can become what God intended them to be.”
Men’s Breakfast: I was invited to speak at our church’s “Men’s Breakfast” this month. Sherry and I were so warmly received! We thank the Lord for the positive response of the men to empower women in our church. Their support for upcoming discipleship events to equip and empower our women has been extremely encouraging! The Holy Spirit is moving and we are excited about what God is going to do in and through Avalon Church!
Prayer for Avalon, Orlando, FL USA
- “Let’s Get Real” – Sat, Oct 17 we are hosting an event for women at Avalon Church.
“Lets Get Real” is an opportunity for women in our church and community to experience spiritual transformation, healing and freedom. - Pray the Holy Spirit will move in the hearts of women to bring revival, healing and freedom.
Pray women will have a desire to continue their spiritual transformation by joining Butterfly discipleship groups after the event.
Pray God will bring women forward who want to be equipped and empowered to reach women.
New LUV Workshop One, Transform & Multiply; November 6-9
God is opening doors for women from Moldova, Brazil and USA to attend this new training .
- Pray for women from Avalon and other areas to join this new group of leaders.
- Pray safety and provision for those traveling, especially from Moldova and Brazil.
- Pray God will provide funds for all women to come, especially for Marli coming from Brazil.
Praises from LUV Asia: God continues to fulfill the vision He gave me for this region in 2010.
“Buds” are opening all over the mountains of this closed country. As our Butterflies continue to take the word of God in the power of the Spirit to women in un-reached areas, God is opening these buds to reveal the faces of thousands of women being set free from spiritual bondage. Our Butterflies are increasing and multiplying and boldly going into the most persecuted areas of this country to make disciples.
- Authorities have miraculously given permission for the first ever Bible school here. LUV Butterfly Curriculum will be used as foundation for teaching pastors’ wives attending the 3 year training to be equipped to minister with their husbands.
- Butterfly leader M wrote: “It’s amazing to see what the Lord has been doing through LUV! My church started the first group in March 2014. After two workshops we started the second group. The first round will do workshop 4 in a few weeks and the second group did workshop 2 last month. And now we will start the third group. Those who have attended the workshops meet with the women they ‘choose’ regularly, usually once a week, to disciple them. Many lives have been touched and transformed…
Prayer for LUV Asia:
- Butterfly Leader “P” leading prayer at a conference for 300 minority women. Pray
protection during this 2 day gathering in very closed area. - Butterfly leader “T” training leader’s wives in new bible school.
- Two Butterfly Leaders returning to high risk areas for believers, to teach LUV levels 3 and 4. Pray for protection.
- Pray for all Butterfly leaders who are continuing to outreach and disciple in this region.
We have so many reports to share – from Peru, Poland, India, US, UK and other Butterflies around the world. Thank you for investing with me in equipping and empowering women to make disciples. Every day I meet women who need to know the “truth” that sets them free from bondage, and be filled with the Spirit of God who heals them and sets them free to fly. Thank you for helping me bring this freedom to women world wide.

Ministry Prayer/Financial Needs
- Funding: Pray the Lord will touch the hearts of His people to provide the funding we need to continue to do all we are called to do here and around the world!
- Translations: Spanish Workbook 3 is in translation. Pray for anointing on translators Marissa and Gabby. Pray for funding to translate Spanish workbooks and LUV video; est cost $1500.
- French Translation: We have a potential translator (From Madagascar). Pray for wisdom, timing and funding to move forward; est cost $1,500.
- Technology and Discipleship Resources: Pray the Holy Spirit will give us great wisdom in developing our LUV App, the Butterfly Story book, teaching videos.
