But I don’t deserve this!

Dear friend,

Last week I descended from a bus and a cheer went up. Young men and women lined the entrance to the hotel waving flags and pompoms. They heralded our arrival with shouts of welcome. Walking past the cheering lineup I was embarrassed and surprisingly choked with emotion. Struggling back tears and feeling slightly uncomfortable, we passed along the row of smiling faces into the beautiful hotel lobby. I looked back at the cheerleaders, wondering why I felt guilty and emotional!

How We Need the River! LUV News &Prayer Update

Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”

“But He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive.” John 7:37-39

“Lord we are thirsty. We are thirsty for You. Fill us with the Living water. We busy ourselves with programs and church going, with activities and goals. But our souls are dry and thirsty in a dry and barren land. How we need the river, how we need the rain. Fill us with the Water of life, Lord our souls wait on You, come Living water……”

This was the cry of our hearts as we met together last week, fifteen women from around the world, joining together in Orlando, for our third LUV Transformation and Multiplication workshop. Confessing our weakness and our desperate need for more of God we acknowledged that we can do nothing without Him, we need Him.

“The well of she who cried out! ” Liz’s reflections on thirst.

 Butterfly Leaders Training and Vision

After a great battle Samson was thirsty, not just thirsty but dying of thirst (Judges 15:17-20). He cried out to God.  God answered Him. He split open the hollow place and water came forth.  Samuel drank.  His spirit returned, and he revived. He went on to judge Israel for 20 more years in the days of the Philistines. God Loves Multiplication

Dear Friend,

Did it ever strike you how much God loves multiplication?

From Genesis 1 and the creation story, through to Noah and Abraham, Moses and the prophets, God is continuously blessing His people and telling them to “be fruitful and multiply” through the male and female of every living thing. Unfortunately, disobedience in every generation caused men and women not to multiply God’s glory but to multiply their own wickedness, continually.  Yet God never gives up on His desire for a people who will worship Him and glorify Him on the earth. Only when God sent Jesus was there hope for God’s people to multiply His glory through the earth as He provided the means through Jesus for hearts to be transformed by His blood and His Spirit living in us to make us into His image.

Butterfly Effect – God’s love transforms in US, Cambodia, Russia and more!

Dear friend,

Have you heard of the “butterfly effect”? In physics, it describes how tiny changes in initial conditions such as the flapping of a butterfly’s wings, can affect weather thousands of miles away.

We are experiencing the butterfly effect! From the US to Cambodia, God’s love is a transforming power. Silently, gently, unseen, our butterflies are impacting the world, creating a hidden tsunami of love and healing!

He Crowns the Year with His Goodness! – LUV End of Year Review

Dear friend and partner in His unveiling His love,

While enjoying time with my family in the UK this Christmas this verse in Psalm 65:11 has been ringing in my heart!

You crown the year with Your goodness, and Your paths drip with abundance 2013 was a full year – spiritually, emotionally and physically. We experienced mountain tops and spiritual highs, and valleys filled with deep sorrow.  Yet the Lord has crowned our year with His goodness and shown us His paths dripping with abundance.

“Before I received the LUV training, I was a Christian but I didn’t know how to fly for Jesus. When I completed Workshop One, then I knew who I was and who God is. I knew that I was the friend of Jesus and His bride. I found out God had given me a purpose to teach His Word and to go out and set free those under the bondage of Satan. As in 2 Corinthians 5:17, I found  I was a new creation.
